1. What material do you use for personalizing ?
We use sticker. All the image and writing are printed on the sticker. The sticker is waterproof.
2. Is the price include designing fee ?
Yes
3. How long will I get the item ?
You can pay a 50% down payment. The rest can be paid after the item ready. The item ready 2 weeks after down payment. We will send within one working day after payment.
However for above 1000 item will be finished within 4 weeks. We will add an additional RM100 if you want to get the item within 1 week (express service)
